Just a few of our Native Flowers

Late last spring my friend and I took a day trip out to the sand plain country about an hour and a half away from here, the above pics are just a few of the flowers we saw that day.
 These delicate  beauties are deceptive as they are really hardy survivors that flourish in a harsh hot environment with a very low rainfall

 So far I know only a few of their names so most of these photos will be unnamed but never mind you can still enjoy their beauty.

      Yes Coral !!! Took this shot the day I was out there and got a flat battery !! Wish I had taken more landscapes as it wont be looking like this now . Still no rain here
